HEALTHY DIET

To you have a healthy diet should eat a lot of vegetables, five pieces of fruit a day and a lot of grains. you shouldn't eat a lot of meat, fish, a lot of eggs. you shouldn't drink any milk, fizzy drink, you should drink oranje juice and water. you can't eat never swets, popcorn and crisps.
