Dear Lord Mayor.
I am writing to enquire about lotery funds for a community project in our town.
A few months ago, the council built a very big park in Litoral area in Málaga, but it has not got any facilities. You could add some water fountains so that children can drink water after they play and are tired. A dogs area could be fenced too, because there are little children and dangerous dogs.
